Sales Contract Information

When purchasing one of our puppies, we have a
written contract, that is legally binding to all
parties involved in the transaction.

Included in the contract, is our Health Guarantee,
which is forty-eight hours after the puppy leaves our
premises.  Whereas, the Buyer has 48 hours to take
the puppy to the veterinarian of their choice,
if so stated, unless it is a weekend or holiday, then
the time limit is extended .  All pertinent information
concerning the puppy is stated in the contract.

This contract also serves as your receipt.

Buyer also receives a worming and shot record on
the puppy.  This record is to be taken with the
puppy on this first visit to the veterinarian.  Please
be comfortable in asking the veterinarian any
questions that you might have about the puppy.

Anytime during the life of one of our puppies, buyer
decides they cannot keep the puppy/dog, for
whatever reason, we ask that the buyer contacts us,
so arrangements can be made to return the
puppy/dog to the Seller.
